KeeperKingzLLC Terms of Agreement

Welcome to Keeper Kingz, a father-son team crafting goalkeeper gloves and clothing. By accessing keeperkingz.com (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Use of Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Site.
You agree to provide accurate information during purchases and not use our Site for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or suspend the Site at any time without notice.

2. Products and Pricing

Keeper Kingz offers goalkeeper gloves and apparel designed for top-tier performance and affordability.
Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
We strive for accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or features will match images exactly due to manufacturing or display variations.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability (e.g., our 180-pair glove inventory or apparel stock).
You agree to pay the total amount, including taxes and shipping, at checkout.
Payment methods are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.
Errors in pricing or order details may result in order cancellation with a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our home base via USPS, UPS, or other carriers (e.g., First-Class $4-$6, Priority $8-$10).
Estimated delivery is 2-5 days for First-Class, 1-3 days for Priority, but delays may occur.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (free over $75, where offered).
KeeperKingzLLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages during transit. Tracking numbers are provided when available.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
Contact Sales@keeperkingz.com for a return authorization.
Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Custom or personalized items (if offered) are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (e.g., “Protect Your Kingdom” slogan, Kingz Note, logos) is owned by Keeper Kingz.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keeper Kingz products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee they will meet specific performance expectations (e.g., preventing all goals).
We are not liable for indirect damages, including injury, lost profits, or data loss, arising from product use.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
Disputes will be resolved in Riverside County, CA courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Keeper Kingz we are committed to your satisfaction with our goalkeeper gloves and clothing. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines how you can return or exchange eligible products within 14 days. By purchasing from keeperkingz.com (the “Site”), you agree to this Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories (e.g., Kingz Note).

- Eligible Products**: Goalkeeper gloves and apparel (e.g., hoodies, tees, shorts) are returnable unless marked as final sale.

- Non-Returnable Items**: Custom or personalized items (if offered), gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable are excluded.

2. Return Process

- Initiate a Return: Contact us at Sales@keeperkingz.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

- Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.

- Ship the Return: Send the product to the provided address (e.g., our home base in \[Murrieta, CA/your city\]). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved returns are processed within 7 business days.

3. Refunds

- Refund Amount: Approved returns receive a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) to the original payment method.

- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement (your choice).

- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return. It may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees, gift wrapping, or other services are non-refunded unless we made an error.

4. Exchanges

- Availability: Exchanges for the same item in a different size/color are subject to stock (e.g., within our 180-pair glove inventory or apparel).

- Process: Follow the return process, noting you want an exchange. You pay shipping for the new item unless we made an error.

5. Damaged or Lost Returns

- Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 3 days of delivery with photos to Sales@keeperkingz.com. We’ll assist with claims or replacements.

- Lost Returns: Keeper Kingz is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use a trackable shipping method.
